Ordering & Account Questions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure global transactions. All payments are processed through encrypted systems for your protection.
Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts but provide full tracking information via email. We’re developing an account system for 2024 that will include order history and faster checkout.
We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer two reliable services:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 days (tracked)
2. Free Shipping: EMS delivery in 15-25 days for orders over £50
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your gear is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused with original packaging. Please email us first to initiate a return – we cover return shipping for faulty items.
We quality-check all items before dispatch, but if there’s an issue, email [email protected] with photos within 15 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Absolutely. Contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Standard return shipping costs apply unless the error was ours.
Technical Support
Each product comes with care instructions. Generally, rinse equipment in fresh water after use, avoid extreme heat, and store properly. For wetsuits, use specialist cleaners.
