At Swim Pro Gear, we want you to be as confident in our products as you are in your stroke technique. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Nose Clips (personal hygiene product)
- Hair Brushes (personal care item)
- Any used Training Aids or In The Water equipment

- Package Your Item – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product? Follow the return process above, clearly stating you want an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original, with no additional shipping charge for standard delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rare – we quality check like we check our flip turns):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
