Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We recommend choosing standard shipping for time-sensitive orders
Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy
- Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Nose Clips (personal hygiene product)
- Hair Brushes (personal care item)
- Any used Training Aids or In The Water equipment

Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Follow the return process above, clearly stating you want an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original, with no additional shipping charge for standard delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rare – we quality check like we check our flip turns):

- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
